Jenna Roake

Jenna Roake has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jenna is currently working as a People Experience Lead at Worldline Merchant Services, where they are responsible for managing talent lifecycle and contributing to PX strategy. Prior to this, Jenna worked as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at PlaceMakers, where they handled end-to-end recruitment for the company. Jenna also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Focus Recruitment Limited, where they managed client accounts and recruited for various industries. Jenna's early career involved working as a Probation Officer at the Department of Corrections NZ and as a Youth Counsellor at Odyssey House, where they focused on supporting individuals with addiction issues. Jenna also volunteered as a Facilitator at the TYLA Youth Development Trust, delivering a brief intervention program to at-risk youth.
