Quang Tran

Quang Tran has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. They have held various roles in the IT industry, such as IT Operations Leader, Vietnam IT Section Leader, Technical Writer, Service Delivery Manager, and IT Trainer. Currently, Quang is working as a Senior Customer Support Manager at Worldly, managing a remote customer support team in the Philippines. Prior to this, they were a part-time IT Trainer at Tek Experts and a Technical Writer at ToughDev. At Pepperl+Fuchs, Quang was the Vietnam IT Section Leader responsible for managing the IT team. At Intel Products Vietnam, Quang was the Data Centre Manager, ensuring a secure computing environment for the company.
