Camilo Ardiles has held a variety of roles in the past five years. In 2021, they are the Head of Business Development at Worldpackers. Prior to this, they were a Business Development Lead, Senior Business Development Specialist, Business Development Specialist, and Community Success Manager at Worldpackers. In 2017, they worked as a Knowledge Management Consultant for Sisdef Ltda., a National Support Team Talent Acquisition for AIESEC in Sweden, and a Knowledge Management Analyst for Skanska. In 2016, they were a National Support Team International Relations and Customer Experience Manager for AIESEC in Sweden, an LTC & Executive Research Intern for Korn Ferry, and a Marketing Trainee for BikerSeason.com.

Camilo Ardiles began their educational journey in 2010, when they attended Sebeka High School and The Newland School, earning a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. In 2012, they attended Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria for one semester before coming to Sweden, studying Ingenieria Civil. Camilo then attended Stockholm University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Political Sciences. In 2013, they completed an ERASMUS Semester at the University of Groningen, studying Business Administration and Management, General. In 2016, they earned a Master's Degree in Management from Cranfield School of Management. In 2017, they attended Universidad de Granada for Effective Cross Cultural Management. In 2019, they attended Universidad Rey Juan Carlos to earn a Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language certification and Learn TEFL for a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification. Camilo also attended freeCodeCamp for a Responsive Web Design certification in 2020. Additionally, Camilo Ardiles has obtained numerous certifications from various institutions, such as Coursera, Cursos PM3, LinkedIn, Udemy, Jordan B. Peterson Lab, and Google.
