Giuseppe Marrone Lorenzetti

Giuseppe Marrone Lorenzetti has worked for several companies throughout their career. Giuseppe currently works for Worldsensing as an HR Operations Lead and Labour Relations Expert, having started in 2021. Previously, they worked for PronoKal Group as Head of HR Operations from 2018 to 2021, where they were responsible for establishing acceptable qualifications and ensuring the highest integrity and competence within the Human Resources department. Giuseppe also managed and implemented a digital transformation of the Human Resources department. From 2015 to 2018, Giuseppe worked for Cerveceria Nacional, S. de R.L. in various roles, including Responsable de Formación y Desarrollo, Responsable de Compensación y Beneficios, and Técnico de Compensación y Beneficios. In their role as Responsable de Compensación y Beneficios, they implemented systems of analysis and budget management for the Human Resources department, as well as created and managed a portfolio of social benefits for the staff. Finally, Giuseppe worked as a Pasante for Ilumitec Panamá from 2012 to 2015.

Giuseppe Marrone Lorenzetti completed their Bachiller en Ciencias y Letras at Colegio Isaac Rabin from 2008 to 2010. Giuseppe then pursued a Licenciado en Ingeniería Industrial at Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, they earned a Diplomatura in Inteligencia de Negocios from Quality Leadership University. Lastly, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2017-2018.
