Maria Valoira

Maria Valoira has over 8 years of work experience. Maria began their career as a Lawyer at IUS XXI SL in 2013. Maria then moved to Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira as a Recruitment Assistant in 2015. Later that year, they joined SELLBYTEL Group Spain as an International Recruiter. In 2017, Maria became the Recruitment Manager Spain at Hunkemöller International BV. In 2018, they were appointed Global HR Business Partner Sales and Corporate Divisions at Semillas Fitó. Most recently, Maria has been the Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Lead at Worldsensing since 2022. During their career, Maria has been responsible for a variety of tasks such as training plans, promotion, succession and/or professional career plans, recruitment, training and development activities, and internal coaching.

Maria Valoira has a diverse educational background. Maria obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra between 2007 and 2011. Maria then went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in 2011. In 2014 and 2015, they completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from EAE Business School. Between 2020 and 2021, they earned a Master's degree in Personal Development and Leadership from Kuestiona. In 2018, they obtained a Thomas International APP (DISC) certification from Thomas International. Finally, they are currently pursuing a Co-Active Coaching Certification (by ICF) from the Co-Active Training Institute.
