Tom Droste

Tom Droste is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership. Currently serving as Technical Lead at Secret View since May 2016, Tom oversees all technical operations and leads the Product Development team in building and refining the platform. Previous roles include Lead Developer and Full-stack Developer at the same company. Additionally, Tom has been actively involved in WorldSkills Netherlands since 2013 as an organizer and writer for various competitions following a championship win in 2012. Prior to these roles, Tom participated in the Microsoft Student Partner program and founded NextGen Applications, gaining valuable experience in app development and client projects. Educational credentials include degrees in Application Development from HAN University of Applied Sciences and Graafschap College.
