Brandon Victoria Youngman

Brandon Victoria Youngman has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Their recent role as Senior Director of Campus Partnerships at WorldStrides showcases their leadership skills in forging partnerships. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Program Development at the same company. Brandon also served as a Strategic Consultant and Strategic Account Manager at RetailData, LLC, where they demonstrated their expertise in strategic planning and account management. Their tenure at WorldStrides includes various roles such as Senior Program Development Manager, Program Development Manager, and Program Development and New Business Specialist. Additionally, they gained experience in communications and customer service as the Director of Communications/Front Desk Associate at GOLD'S GYM. Brandon's early career includes positions like CNU TV - News and Entertainment Editor, Hall Council Advisor, and Resident Assistant at Christopher Newport University, as well as Marketing and Public Relations Intern at The Mariners' Museum and Park. Moreover, they worked as a Marketing and Promotions Intern at Charlottesville Radio Group and served as a Crew Member and Team Leader at Chick-fil-A. Brandon Victoria Youngman has a diverse education history. In 2014, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Christopher Newport University, where they studied Communication and Media Studies, Spanish, and Leadership. During their time at the university, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at Universidad de Cádiz, focusing on Spanish Language and Literature and Cultural Competency.

In 2018, Brandon pursued further education at Purdue University, where they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Strategic Communication in 2020. Brandon Victoria also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communication Management during their time at Purdue.

In addition to their formal education, Brandon has acquired a variety of certifications. These include certifications in customer service, management, Microsoft Excel, Lean Six Sigma foundations, remote selling, business analytics, diversity and inclusion in marketing, human resources foundations, leading teams through change, HubSpot CRM, and project management office (PMO). Brandon Victoria also obtained a certification in mapping short-term, faculty-led programs from NAFSA: Association of International Educators in 2017 and completed a Fundamentals of Supervision and Management program at Virginia Wesleyan University in 2020.
