Kevin Ford

Kevin Ford has extensive experience in IT service delivery and management, currently serving as Software Release Manager at WCS (Worldwide Chain Stores) since June 2008, where responsibilities include IT infrastructure administration, resource management, and helpdesk management. Prior to this role, Kevin was with UCS Solutions from 2005 to 2007, overseeing service delivery to 120 national distribution centers and stores while managing IT infrastructure upgrades. Earlier in their career, from 2000 to 2004, Kevin held multiple positions at CCS, including National Service Delivery Manager for Desktop and Regional Team Leader for Desktop Support. Kevin holds a degree in NTC4 Industrial Instrumentation from Germiston College.
