Jill Toy

Jill Toy is a seasoned professional in clinical risk management and data analysis with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the clinical trials industry. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Manager at Worldwide Clinical Trials since May 2021, Jill is responsible for overseeing the adaptation of risk-based monitoring processes to ensure clinical trial quality and patient safety. Previously, at ICON plc from April 2006 to May 2021, Jill held various roles including Senior Clinical Data Analyst and Manager of Clinical Risk Management. Earlier experience includes positions at HealthCore, Inc., beginning as a Clinical Research Coordinator and evolving through several data analysis roles. Jill holds a Certificate in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training from Cecil College and an Associate's degree in Office Systems from Delaware Technical Community College.
