Tess Freestone

Tess Freestone is a Senior Tutor and Widening Participation Coordinator at Worthing College, where responsibilities include planning and delivering activities for first-generation students to enhance their progression into higher education. Additional roles at Worthing College encompass serving as a Personal Tutor, providing academic and personal guidance, and as a UCAS Adviser, assisting students with university applications. Tess also coordinates collaborative projects with external agencies to promote social and educational inclusion. Prior experience includes serving as a Database Administrator/Programmer at MGM Assurance from 1986 to 1995, working with Cincom TOTAL/SUPRA databases and Datamanager. Tess holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Liverpool, obtained between 1982 and 1985.
