Ann Lane

Ann Lane has a diverse work experience in the fields of sustainability, technology, and energy. Ann currently holds the position of Director of Product Sustainability - Consumer Products at Worthington Industries since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Corporate Technology and Innovation at Worthington Industries starting from June 2021. Ann also worked as a Senior Manager of Advanced Technology and Innovation at Worthington Industries from December 2016 to May 2021.

Before joining Worthington Industries, Ann gained extensive experience at Battelle, where they held various roles. Ann was Business Development Market Manager in Battelle's Energy business from March 2014 to November 2016, focusing on growing the company's contract research and technology development offerings in the energy sector. Ann also served as a Principal Research Scientist at Battelle from November 2008 to March 2014, with responsibilities that included managing water-related opportunities, guiding business strategy, and overseeing personnel management.

Ann's earlier work experience includes working as an Engineer and Project Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company from October 2004 to August 2007.

Ann Lane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2004. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2019 to 2021.
