Nikki Ballinger

Nikki Ballinger is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Vice President Human Resources at Worthington Steel since December 2023, Nikki previously held multiple senior HR roles at Worthington Industries from April 2012, including Vice President of HR Business Partners & Administration and General Manager of HR Field Operations, where responsibilities included leading HR support and developing human capital strategies in partnership with senior leadership. Nikki's earlier career includes positions such as Director of Human Resources for both the Pressure Cylinders and Steel Division, as well as Corporate HR Director and HR Manager. Prior to joining Worthington Industries, Nikki worked as a Senior HR Generalist at Advantage Sales & Marketing from February 2000 to March 2012.
