Ashkan Salem-Naraghi is a seasoned professional in talent management and learning development, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Management at Worthington Steel since its separation from Worthington Industries in December 2023. Prior to this role, Ashkan held the position of Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Worthington Industries, where responsibilities included creating training programs aligned with strategic goals.
