Jeannie Rippeth Phr

Jeannie Rippeth, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2017. Jeannie worked as an HR Specialist at Wounded Warrior Project in 2017. Prior to that, from May 2016 to December 2016, they served as an HR Manager at Owen Electric Co. Inc., where they managed payroll, employee management, and played a key role in developing the HR department. From November 2005 to April 2016, Jeannie was the HR Manager/Assistant Controller at CDL Homes Inc., where they handled employee relations, benefits coordination, organizational development, and other HR functions. Additionally, they excelled in team building events and subcontractor management. Jeannie began their career as a Mortgage Loan Officer at World Savings, responsible for providing home mortgages and customer service to clients from the application process to the close of the mortgage.

Jeannie Rippeth, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a strong educational background in human resources and accounting. Jeannie began their academic journey at Front Range Community College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting from 1990 to 1992. Following this, Jeannie pursued further education at the University of Phoenix, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, they attended Colorado State University in 2014 to take an SPHR - Certification Class, focusing on Human Resources.

In addition to their formal education, Jeannie also holds several professional certifications. Jeannie obtained their PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in December 2011 and February 2018. Furthermore, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in December 2014. Jeannie's commitment to continuous learning and professional development is evident from their pursuit of these certifications.
