Combat Stress Recovery Manager at Wounded Warrior Project

Mary Sullivan has a diverse work background that showcases their leadership and management skills. Mary began their career in 1992 as the Director of Chemical Dependency Services at St. Mary's Regional Health Center, where they developed innovative programs and managed a team of 32 staff members. From 1997 to 2012, they served as the CEO of Kensmuir Working Stockdog Center, planning events and managing financial accounting. In 2009, they became the Director of Psychological Health for the Minnesota National Guard, providing assessments and resources to military members and their families. Mary later transitioned to the role of Wing Director of Psychological Health for the Minnestoa National Guard, where they worked to ensure unit readiness and resiliency. In 2014, Mary joined the Wounded Warrior Project as a Combat Stress Recovery Manager, overseeing programs across three states and leading training and evaluations. Additionally, they volunteered at Unity of Nashville in 2014.
