Brandon E. Bendes

Mr. Bendes combines operating and transactional expertise to build businesses and guide them through their evolving lifecycle stages. He designs and implements strategies that drive growth as well as identifies, structures, and executes transactions to generate returns for shareholders.

Mr. Bendes has a unique background in that he’s advised companies as a member of a large management consulting firm, built and operated businesses as an executive, and financed and exited businesses as an investor.

Prior to co-founding Woven, Mr. Bendes most recently worked for a healthcare specialty investment firm (VC/PE) and advised a number of healthcare institutions as part of a public management consulting firm. Through his career, Mr. Bendes has helped build businesses that have exited for >$800mm in aggregate proceeds as well as supported the integration of clinics, businesses, and hospitals for multi-billion-dollar clients.

Mr. Bendes is an ice hockey referee for NCAA, USA Hockey, and the National Women's Hockey League (NWHL). He received his BS in Accounting & Finance with a specialty in Psychology from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
