Kosuke Haketa

Kosuke Haketa has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2008, they worked in the IT Development Department at Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Supervisor in Global Marketing and Development at Yamato Holdings Co., Ltd., focusing on business development in the door-to-door delivery service, particularly in the Thailand market.

In 2013, Haketa joined Yamato Asia Pte Ltd as the Manager of Corporate Strategy and Business Planning, responsible for establishing the Southeast Asia regional headquarters. Kosuke played a key role in drafting regional corporate strategies, managing company restructuring projects, and conducting analysis and reporting of subsidiary performances. Kosuke also worked on new business developments in urban logistics in Singapore and Indonesia.

Haketa then moved to 百戦錬磨, where they served as the Executive Officer and Head of Business Development and Operation Planning from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they oversaw the development and operation of national and regional logistics activities, including logistics planning and management.

From 2018 to 2019, Haketa worked as the Chief Operating Officer at REAH Technologies, where they gained experience in strategic planning and operations management.

Most recently, in 2019, Haketa joined Tier IV as a Business Operation Manager, working in the Business Planning Department.

Currently, they are the Manager and Business Planning Lead of Logistics at Woven by Toyota, where they are responsible for leading the business planning for logistics in the Woven City project.

Kosuke Haketa pursued their Bachelor's degree in German Area Studies (Philosophy) from The University of Tokyo, from 2002 to 2006.
