Tadakazu's career at Toyota started in 2006, where they worked as a Hardware Engineer from April 2006 to August 2012. In this role, they were responsible for the advanced development of cooling design and thermal stress analysis of power semiconductors for the hybrid system. Later, they researched module design and efficiency improvement using SiC. From September 2012 to August 2014, they worked as a Researcher, focusing on boost converters for EVs at the University of Colorado.
Throughout their career, Tadakazu has gained extensive experience in software integration, software architecture, electrical engineering, hardware engineering, and research.
