Sheri Rudberg

Sheri Rudberg is an accomplished legal and business executive with extensive experience in healthcare and legal sectors. As Co-founder and CEO of WovenX Health since March 2022, Sheri leads innovative initiatives in health technology. Previously, at Hillrom from August 2015 to March 2022, Sheri held the position of Vice President and General Manager for Canada, overseeing a $100 million business and effectively managing operations through the pandemic. Before that, Sheri led global M&A strategy as Vice President of Business Development and served as Deputy General Counsel, overseeing legal support for various divisions. Sheri's career at Baxter Healthcare included roles as Senior Counsel for Integrated Pharmacy Solutions and Ethics & Compliance. Early in the career at Winston & Strawn LLP, Sheri worked as a Litigation Associate, providing litigation counsel. Sheri holds an MBA from Northwestern University, a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, and a BA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
