As SVP and chief people officer for WOW!, Leslie brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate and operational human resources at both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She builds strong teams across organizations by recruiting top talent and establishing programs where all employees are valued, well-trained, and recognized for the work they do to make organizations thrive. Leslie has a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, and a bachelor’s degree in English from Brigham Young University.
