Emily Acanfora

Emily Acanfora is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and web design. Currently serving as a Senior Web UX Designer at WP Engine since June 2023, Emily has established a comprehensive User Experience Research framework and led usability initiatives that align with strategic business objectives. In addition to freelance work as an Art Director since 2012, Emily has held significant roles such as Digital Design Lead at MedStudy, where responsibilities included enhancing the brand's digital presence, and Senior Art Director at Benchworks, focusing on client interaction and design project scoping. Previous positions include Associate Art Director at Liquid Interactive, Lead Designer at Sposto Interactive, and internships at 401! Creative and Klunk & Millan Advertising. Emily earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
