Tara Kelly

Tara Kelly currently serves as the Senior Manager of Order to Cash Operations at WP Engine, where responsibilities include leading a team across multiple locations, addressing customer queries, and managing collections and billing escalations. Tara has held various positions at WP Engine, from Associate to Lead, and has managed projects such as the implementation of a new Commissions Tool. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality Specialist and Billing/Account Security Analyst at Uber, and a Billing/Customer Service Specialist at Tesco Mobile and Three. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in New Media and English from the University of Limerick and studied Feminist Theory at the University of Gothenburg.
