Patrick Ryan

Patrick Ryan has a strong background in property management. Patrick started their career in 2010 as a Property Manager (On-Site) at Terrace Realty and Management, where they worked until December 2012. Patrick then joined Grid 7 Properties in January 2013 as a Property Manager, where they stayed until November 2015. In December 2015, Ryan joined Invitation Homes as a Portfolio Operations Director, where they managed a community of 986 units and maintained high satisfaction among residents, vendors, and direct reports. Patrick achieved an average tenant retention of 70% monthly and maintained an occupancy rate of 95% or higher. Ryan produced monthly financial statements, ensured lease and data accuracy, and resolved tenant issues. In 2017, they transitioned to WPD Management, initially as the Director of Property Management and later becoming the Chief Operating Officer in November 2019.
