Md. Rakib Hossain has a diverse work background in WordPress development and support. They started their career as a WordPress Developer at WP Crank in 2016, where they provided technical support to customers, including maintenance, monitoring, hosting, development, and backups. In 2019, they joined PSDtoWPService.com as a WordPress Developer and continued in this role until 2020. In 2020, they joined Themefic as a WordPress Developer until 2022, focusing on WordPress development. Currently, they are working as a Support Super Hero at WPMU DEV, starting in 2022.

Md. Rakib Hossain completed their higher secondary education from Al-Amin Academy School & College, specializing in Science, from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they pursued their bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering, majoring in CSE, from Daffodil Institute Of IT for the period of 2013 to 2017.
