Amanda Papini

Amanda Papini is currently the VP, POPS at Wpromote. Amanda previously held the position of Client Portfolio HR Lead-Media at 360i from May 2016 to March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at PureCars from August 2014 to May 2016.

Amanda has been instrumental in building PureCars’ culture and talent, with the goal of acquisition. Amanda designed and managed Talent Operations, Talent Services, and Talent Acquisition across the nationwide organization. Amanda also built and managed a team of five direct reports, including an HR Coordinator/Office Manager, Recruiters (3), and a Training and Development Manager.

Under Amanda’s leadership, PureCars doubled their headcount with 95 new hires in 2015. Amanda also developed a referral program that was responsible for 36% of hires in 2015. Additionally, they decreased the average requisition time to fill from 70 to 50 days.

Some of Amanda’s other accomplishments include selecting and transitioning an applicant tracking system from Resumator to Jobvite, creating and implementing bi-annual employee engagement surveys, developing and implementing a monthly HR and Operations Newsletter, and designing, implementing, and coaching management through a progressive discipline process.

In their role as Director, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at PureCars, Amanda also produced quarterly reports reflecting HR goal/KPI achievement for the Board of Directors. These reports included metrics such as time to fill, number of hires/separations, response rate, source effectiveness, hire funnel, pro-active outreach, etc.

Amanda has also been responsible for managing Atlanta office operations and systems administration for PureCars. Amanda played a key role in two office expansions/moves and transitioned the PureCars PEO (TriNet) backed HR department to the Raycom supported HR department.

Amanda Papini has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
