Charina Garcia

Charina P. Garcia is a seasoned attorney and immigration specialist with extensive experience in both employment and family-based immigration matters. Currently serving as a Strategy and Innovation Partner at Wolfsdorf Rosenthal LLP since January 2019, Charina represents and advises various Fortune 500 companies and startups. Previously, as President and Managing Attorney at CPG Immigration Law Group from September 2012 to December 2018, Charina provided counsel on immigration needs and employer-related activities. Charina's earlier roles include Principal/Partner at Cornerstone Law Group and Supervising Attorney at Fallon, Bixby, Cheng & Lee, Inc., where expertise in immigration matters was further developed. Charina began a legal foundation at the University of Washington School of Law, where a J.D. was earned, following a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Asian American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
