Charles Hayes

Charles Hayes is an accomplished commercial real estate broker at Adcock & Associates Real Estate Services since June 2019 and the managing partner at Hayes Group Consulting, which specializes in strategy, management, and advocacy for various sectors including economic development, education, and nonprofit services. Currently serving as a Senior Fellow at the Economic Development Academy and a Strategic Business Advisor at WRAL Digital Solutions, Hayes has a strong background in leadership demonstrated during tenure as President & CEO of the Research Triangle Regional Partnership from 1996 to 2016. Additionally, past involvement includes serving as a member of the Board of Governors at the University of North Carolina from 2005 to 2011. Hayes holds a BSBA and MA in education with a focus on marketing and distributive education from East Carolina University.
