Colin O'Shea

Colin O'Shea is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing technology operations in diverse environments. Currently serving as the Senior Information Technology Manager at Wrapbook, Colin has played a pivotal role in the company's growth from 30 to over 250 employees and has spearheaded initiatives to achieve SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. Prior positions include IT Lead and IT Administrator at TWG, where Colin facilitated effective communication of IT needs across departments, and Service Desk Engineer at Tech Superpowers LLC, providing support to over 1,000 employees across various industries. Colin's career also includes impactful roles at Simply Mac, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Invisible Children Inc., Apple, and as the sole proprietor of Rise & Fall Records. Colin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Central Connecticut State University and an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design from Asnuntuck Community College.
