Genesis Gwen Ordiales

Genesis Gwen Ordiales has a wealth of work experience. Genesis Gwen began their career in 2006 as a Quality Assurance Specialist at ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO. In 2009, they moved to STARTEK Philippines, where they held the same role and additionally facilitated internal calibration sessions, generated and analyzed quality reports, and cross-trained Virtual Quality Specialists. In 2012, they joined Brady Corporation as an Associate Product Manager, where they initiated and executed projects to increase sales, supervised the execution of marketing and brand positioning strategies, and monitored product life-cycles. In 2018, they moved to iSupport Worldwide as a Business Development Leader. Currently, they are a Sales Enablement Manager and Inside Sales Manager at Wrench, Inc.

Genesis Gwen Ordiales has a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Arts with a focus in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Makati, obtained between 2004 and 2008. Genesis Gwen has also obtained multiple certifications, including Class Management from Lynda.com, Instructional Design Fundamentals from Eliademy, Power of Coaching from STARTEK Philippines, and Project Management Fundamentals from Lynda.com.
