Germaine Hughes

Germaine Hughes has extensive experience in the field of technology and management, currently serving as the End User Services Manager at Wrexham County Borough Council since September 2015. Prior to this role, Germaine held various positions within the same council from 1998 to 2014, including Technical Lead Analyst and Senior Technical Analyst. Germaine's educational background includes an HND in Computing from Wrexham University, completed between 1993 and 1996, along with foundational education at Holywell High School.
