Raymond Ngarboui

Raymond Ngarboui is an experienced professional currently serving as a Project Coordinator for the Community Education Development Association (CEDA) since January 2024. With a long-standing career at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) since November 2012 as a Professional Trained Bilingual French/English Health Interpreter, Raymond also held the position of Community Development Coordinator at CEDA from November 2009. Previously, Raymond worked as a Life Skills Trainer for the Manitoba Immigration Interface Council from January 2008 to December 2010. Educational qualifications include a Project Management degree from The University of Winnipeg, as well as diverse training in agriculture and development from various institutions in Canada and Africa.
