Leanne F. Evans

Leanne F. Evans, MPA, is an experienced project manager and policy advisor with a diverse background in government relations and public administration. Currently serving as Project Manager at WRI Solutions since June 2021, Leanne administers a $12.5 million Chafee Funds Program, managing a team of consultants and producing detailed reports for the Office of Children and Family Services. Prior roles include Intergovernmental Affairs Project Coordinator at the New York State Department of Labor, Government Relations Policy Manager at the New York State Bar Association, and Legislative Director for NYS Senator Alessandra R. Biaggi. Leanne's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and English from St. Lawrence University.
