Marsha Patterson

Marsha Patterson has over 24 years of experience in strategic sales and account management, currently serving as the Strategic Account Director at Castle Pierce Packaging since 1999. In this role, Marsha has successfully developed and implemented initiatives to enhance sales function and team performance, managing a $6M client portfolio with a focus on major accounts and leading a team of three direct reports. Prior to this position, Marsha was a Senior Account Manager at Alcan from 1996 to 1999, where responsibilities included strategic direction and sales planning for the food division, volume and trade negotiations, and analytics for multiple sales teams, contributing to significant revenue growth with leading consumer packaged goods firms. Marsha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Media & Communications from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
