Ross Alejandro

Ross Alejandro has accumulated extensive experience in the technology and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Datacenter Operations specialist for the State of Michigan since July 2017, Ross has also been an Agent at Atos since March 2015. Previous experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Wright & Filippis. Ross holds an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from ITT Technical Institute-Swartz Creek, earned between 2014 and 2016.
