Jason Southard has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Jason started their career as the Director of Business Development/Owner at PRO EVENT KIT UK LTD in 2011 and held this role until 2015. From 2006 to 2018, they served as the Business Owner of Transformweb Ltd, where they focused on design, digital and social media management, reputation management, and advanced SEO. In 2015, they established Southard Consulting Ltd, a business consultancy specializing in marketing, sales, and consumer insights. Jason operated this company until 2018 when they joined Wrights Impact Window & Door LLC as the VP of Sales & Marketing. Prior to all this, from 2007 to 2021, they owned and operated CASINO HIRE UK, a company providing themed events, props, lighting, and sound services for both B2B and B2C customers.
