George Kuruvilla

George Kuruvilla has over 18 years of experience in the technology industry. In 2021, they began working as the Global Vice President, Head of Presales and Solutions Consulting at Wrike, where they help build, grow and manage the global presales organization. George has been instrumental in accelerating the company's growth from 200 million ARR to their goal of 500 million in 5 years. George also conceptualized and introduced the Demo Engineering Practice.

Prior to their current role, George was the Senior Director, Technology Incubation and Global Center Of Excellence at Citrix from 2012-2021. In this role, they built a business case, obtained funding, and created a global team to solve the business challenge around technology incubation. George also worked closely with various parts of the business including product management, sales & marketing, operations, legal, etc.

From 2011-2012, George was the Senior Microsoft Technology Specialist at Harbor Capital Advisors. From 2008-2011, they were the Global Citrix Lead (Client Server Operations Analyst III) at Mayer Brown. From 2004-2008, they were a Senior Consultant at Denmac Systems, LLC. In 2003, they were an Intern at Alpha Data. Finally, from 2002-2003, they were a Residential Computer Consultant at Columbia University.

George Kuruvilla has a diverse educational background. George obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra in 2002. George then went on to pursue their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (Computer Networks) from Columbia University in 2003. In 2020, they attended Harvard Business School for an Executive Program in Disruptive Strategy, and Stanford University for a Design Thinking Executive Bootcamp. George is currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration program at Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and is expected to graduate in 2023. George also has a number of certifications, including a Gies Online Ambassador certification from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Strategic Leadership & Management Specialization from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and several certifications from Coursera, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Citrix.
