Pavel Gerasimov

Pavel Gerasimov is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager for the Growth Unit at Wrike since February 2018, Pavel has successfully scaled the unit and significantly improved key performance metrics. Previous roles include Engineering Manager II and Frontend Manager at Wrike, and Frontend Team Lead at TransMedia Dynamics. Pavel co-founded Le Talo Robotics, focusing on strategy and engineering, and has experience as a part-time lecturer at Vladimir State University. With a strong educational background in System Analysis and Computer Software Engineering, Pavel has contributed to various projects spanning weather forecasting and geo-systems design, alongside pursuing artistic interests as a musician in a local orchestra.
