Hayley Burdett Wilmot

Hayley Burdett Wilmot is an experienced professional in the literary field with a strong background in contracts and publishing. Currently serving as a Contracts Associate and Literary Agent Assistant at Writers House since June 2021, Hayley previously held the position of Contracts Administrator at Smerillo Associates from December 2013 to December 2019. Additional experience includes working as a Writing Center Tutor at Brookdale Community College between February 2014 and May 2016, completing a Publishing Internship at New Rivers Press from May 2011 to December 2012, and serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Minnesota State University Moorhead from August 2010 to May 2012. Hayley earned a Master of Fine Arts in Fiction Writing with a Publishing Certificate at Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in English/Creative Writing from West Virginia University.
