Megan Shinn

Megan Shinn is an experienced journalist currently serving as an Anchor and Reporter at KDKA-TV since December 2023, and as an Anchor at WRTV since December 2020. Previously, Megan worked as a Reporter and Multimedia Journalist at WVEC ABC13 from September 2017 to December 2020, and at KMTR News NBC16 from July 2015 to August 2017, where daily story production and live coverage were key responsibilities. Early career experiences include internships with NBC News, ESPN3, CBS News, and other organizations, focusing on investigative reporting, field interviews, and sports coverage. Megan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Chapman University and has participated in various educational programs, including a semester at sea and a summer course in Broadcast Journalism at George Mason University.
