Vikram Ekambaram

Vikram Ekambaram is a dedicated research assistant at Case Western Reserve University, working in a genetics lab under Dr. Robert Ward since August 2021, while also contributing as a SEA-PHAGES researcher and teaching assistant for an introductory biology lab. As vice president of CWRU UNICEF and previously treasurer for both CWRU UNICEF and Dhamakapella, Vikram has managed significant budgets and organized various club events. Experience as a volunteer resource intern at PhysioCamp involved organizing volunteer documents for an organization focused on healthcare education for underprivileged children. Additional volunteer roles in hospital settings, along with past experiences as a radio personality and teaching assistant at a summer camp, reflect a strong commitment to community service and education. Vikram is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Case Western Reserve University, having completed a high school diploma at St. Mark's School of Texas.
