Sari Tandian has a significant work experience in the software industry, particularly in the field of hearing aids. Sari started their career as a Test Development Engineer at Microsemi Corporation in 2005, where they designed and developed applications for functional testing of new products. In 2006, they joined Siemens as a Senior Software Engineer, where they served as a project manager for various software projects used in manufacturing tests and product configuration. Sari then worked for Sivantos Group, a leading manufacturer of hearing aids, as a Software Test Manager from October 2014 to September 2018. During this time, they led a team of software quality assurance engineers and ensured the testing of Sivantos software products throughout the software development lifecycle. Sari Tandian then transitioned to the role of Manager R&D Software Singapore at Sivantos Group, where they managed a team of 42 engineers and collaborated with the rest of the Software Management Group globally. In 2019, they became the Head of Software Singapore at WSAudiology, a company formed through the merger of Sivantos and Widex. In this role, they lead a team of 300 software engineers and focuses on innovation and applying it to enhance the quality of sound for individuals using hearing aids.
Sari Tandian completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering at Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2000 to 2004. Following that, from 2011 to 2013, Sari attained a Master of Science degree in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore.
