Mahlana Tempesta

Mahlana Tempesta is currently the Director of Payroll & Benefits at WS Development. Mahlana has extensive experience in HR management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance audits. With previous roles as a Senior HR Coordinator and HR Coordinator, Mahlana has managed various aspects of payroll including taxes, LOA, audits, new hire onboarding, terminations, and benefit budgets. Prior to their current role, Mahlana worked at Muzi Motors as a Human Resources/ Communication Specialist and at Hesser College as a Financial Aid Counselor/ Admissions Representative. Mahlana also has experience as a Senior Recruiter at National Employment Portsmouth NH. Mahlana Tempesta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Sociology from the University of New Hampshire.
