Lucia Ndanga

Lucia Ndanga is a skilled professional with a diverse background in grants and business development, currently serving at the Alliance of Women Advocating Change since February 2023. Previously, Lucia held positions as a legal intern at Justice Defenders and project manager at the Girl Guides Association of Zimbabwe, where significant accomplishments included leading a successful youth exchange program and implementing initiatives that increased membership and awareness on critical issues. Lucia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Makerere University, completed in June 2023, and a high school education from Monte Cassino Girls High, which concluded in 2016.
