Chad has over 16 years of civil engineering experience with emphasis in construction, pavement and soil design, quality management, project management, construction inspection, and contract administration. He has performed construction project management and administration duties on several high-profile projects throughout central and northern Minnesota. These projects have varied by type and delivery method and have included a variety of clients.
