Sharon Mitchell

Sharon Mitchell is a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor at The Trails Recreation Center. Sharon is also a Physical Therapist Assistant at Innovative Skilled Therapy Services, LLC., and WSi Healthcare Personnel, Inc. Sharon has experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant at various outpatient facilities in the Aurora and Denver area. Additionally, Sharon has previous experience as a Yoga Teacher, Yoga Instructor, and Property Manager. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Asian Studies from Colorado State University, and an Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from Butler County Community College.
