Dana Anderson

Chief Executive Officer at WSIPC

Dana Anderson has a extensive work experience in the education industry. From 1988 to 1993, they worked as a Teacher at St. John School District. Afterwards, they became a Teacher at Snohomish School District from 1993 to 1995. Dana then served as the Principal/Superintendent at Willapa Valley School District from 1995 to 2000. From 2000 to 2013, they worked as an Assistant Superintendent at Educational Service District 113. Since 2013, they have been serving as the Superintendent at Capital Region ESD 113. In 2023, they will become the Chief Executive Officer at WSIPC.

Dana Anderson completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education, with a focus on Mathematics, at Central Washington University from 1984 to 1988. Dana then went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Administration at Central Washington University from 1992 to 1994. In 1995, they attended Seattle Pacific University, where they obtained a Certification in Superintendent studies, which they completed in 1997. Lastly, from 2005 to 2012, Dana Anderson pursued an EdD in International Education at the University of London.
