Kelly Grogan

Kelly Grogan serves as the Global ERP COE Operations Lead and Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations at WSP since January 2023, focusing on managing and optimizing the Oracle Cloud solution operational activities. Prior to this role, Kelly held various leadership positions at Jacobs from 2003 to January 2023, including Sr. Director of IT Asset, Configuration and Application Portfolio Management, where responsibilities encompassed software/hardware asset management and application optimization. Additional roles included IT Director for Service Delivery across the Americas, overseeing significant teams and supporting extensive operational lines of business. Kelly's early career includes programming at Arnold Engineering Development Center and has a strong academic background with a Master of Science in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University, along with certifications in Project Management and ITIL.
