Julie Akers

Julie Akers is an accomplished professional in the field of pharmacy, currently serving as an Associate Professor and Associate Dean of External Relations at Washington State University's College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences since 2009. In addition to academic roles, Julie Akers owns Julie Akers Consulting, founded in 2020, and serves on the Board of Directors for Range Community Clinic and the Washington State Pharmacy Association. Previous positions include Director of Health Outreach and External Residency Research at WSU, as well as managerial roles at The Everett Clinic and Bartell Drugs. Julie Akers completed a Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Washington State University and has built a comprehensive career that integrates education, consulting, and community service.
