Heng Ngee Tsen

Heng Ngee Tsen is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor and 5D Strategy & Transformation Lead at WT Partnership (Australia & New Zealand) since December 2016. Previous experience includes roles as a 5D Quantity Surveyor at Mitchell Brandtman from June 2015 to November 2016, and as an Assistant Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend between June 2013 and May 2015. Initial career beginnings involved working as an Estimator at A&A Painters Australia from September 2008 to October 2012 and as a Cadet Quantity Surveyor at CKP Nizaruddin in late 2007. Heng Ngee Tsen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Quantity Surveying from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and has also studied at Kolej Universiti Taylor's.
