Heather McFadden

Director Of Global Marketing at WTB (Wilderness Trail Bikes)

Heather McFadden has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and events coordination. Heather began their career as a Marketing Coordinator for Chico State Study Abroad at California State University, Chico from October 2007 to May 2010. Heather then worked as a Marketing Intern/Sales Representative for Loeka from May 2010 to February 2011.

Following this, Heather joined Specialized Bicycle Components, where they held various roles. From March 2011 to October 2011, they worked as an Events Coordinator. Heather then became a Marketing Specialist from October 2011 to April 2014, and later assumed the role of USA Marketing Project Manager from April 2014 to August 2014. During their time at Specialized, they were responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and managing communications for both dealers and consumers.

In December 2014, Heather joined WTB (Wilderness Trail Bikes) as a Global Marketing Manager. In this role, they oversaw global marketing efforts, developed strategic marketing campaigns, managed budgets, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. In July 2020, they were promoted to the position of Director of Global Marketing at WTB, where they continued to lead and implement marketing initiatives and develop relationships with key stakeholders.

Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated a strong ability to manage marketing activities, develop branding campaigns, and maintain brand integrity across multiple channels. Heather has also gained experience in event planning, budget monitoring, and social media management.

Heather McFadden's education history includes various academic experiences. In 2020, they attended Sonoma State University School of Extended and International Education to complete a certificate course in Human Resources Management. In 2018, they also took part in a Conflict Management Certificate Program at the same institution.

From 2004 to 2009, Heather pursued their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree at California State University, Chico with a major in Project Management and Management. Heather also undertook a minor in Spanish during this time. In 2006 and 2007, they had a study abroad experience at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, where they focused on Spanish and Business studies.

Prior to their university education, Heather attended San Pasqual High School from 2000 to 2004.
